Rooms & Rates

Our 75 hotel rooms have been designed with great attention to detail and invite you to feel completely at home. Many rooms have a large balcony or a terrace with superb panoramic views of the Alps.

Our hotel consists of a main building with the so called “Stammhaus” and “Residenz” as well as the Guesthouse „Leopold“. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms and are non-smoking.

In November/December 2024 we are renovating our wellness area. Our hotel will therefore be closed from November 4th to November 27th. After that, overnight stays are possible, but without use of the wellness area. Our holiday flats are not affected by the closure. The wellness area will be open again from December 23rd.

Meals

Our varied breakfast buffet is included in our room rate. For our 3-course dinner (regional cuisine) as part of our half-board package we charge €29,-.

Children staying in the room of the parents

Children from 0 up to 5 years stay free of charge

We will charge for children from 6 years up to 16 years €35,- per child / night including breakfast

Half Board for children up to 12 years is €17,50,- per child / day

Cancellation policy

Cancellation policy is based on the booked rate. Please note that cancellation conditions may differ for bookings via other portals (e..g. booking.com, HRS, expedia, Kurzurlaub. de) or travel agencies.

Pets

Please inform us if you want to bring your pet when booking your room, as not all rooms are available for pets.

We charge €15,- per pet / stay without food.

Car park

We have a limited number of outdoor parking spaces at your disposal, free of charge. We charge € 7,- per vehicle / day in our underground car park.

Local Visitor’s Tax

The town of Oberstaufen currently charges a local visitor’s tax of € 3,50 per adult / day and for children from 7 years up to 14 years € 1,75 per day. The local visitor’s tax isn’t included in the room rate.
