Spring, Summer & Autumn

It's hard to decide: when is the best time to go hiking, biking, climbing or swimming? The possibilities are so varied: leisurely tours through lush meadows, past idyllic Alps or steeply up to the Imberg or Hochgrat mountains. The Großer Alpsee (10 minutes drive) or the nearby Lake Constance (40 minutes drive) invite you to swim.

Excursion tips

For those interested in culture, the Allgäu offers a range of possibilities: the royal palaces in Hohenschwangau, the Bregenz Festival, the former Roman city of Kempten. . .

For young and old: the Alpsee mountain world with the longest year-round toboggan run in Germany, the Adventure Alpe and the climbing forest, Bavaria's largest high ropes course.
